We’re adding “ODI” to the front of member identification cards to comply with the Ohio Surprise Billing law. “ODI” refers to the Ohio Department of Insurance and must be added to the cards of members who are subject to the state law. Those affected include Ohio fully insured members, most ASO Non-ERISA Public Employers, and Multiple Employer Welfare Association (MEWA) plan members.
